  • Chicken breasts (2)
  • Yellow onion (1/4 cup)
  • Carrots (3)
  • Celery (3)
  • Russet potatoes (2 small)
  • Low sodium chicken stock (2 cups) I use better than bouillon roasted chicken base
  • Low-fat milk (1 1/2 cups)
  • Frozen peas (1 cup)
  • Flat leaf parsley (1/4 cup)
  • Store bought biscuits (6) or homemade
  • Light sour cream or Greek yogurt (1/4 cup)

Pantry Items:

  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • All-purpose flour (1/2 cup)
  • Fresh or dried thyme
  • Dried mustard
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper

  • Coleslaw mix 1 (16oz bag)
  • Carrot (1 large)

  • Rice vinegar
  • Ground ginger
  • Low sodium soy sauce
