BBQ Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner

This BBQ Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner is perfect for a small family of two or three. It’s easy, flavorful, healthy, and budget-friendly. Great for those nights when you want something satisfying without spending a lot.
Feel-Good BBQ Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner
We love sheet pan recipes around here because they’re quick to throw together, healthy, easy to clean up, and full of flavor from everything roasting together on one pan. This BBQ chicken version is no exception. It delivers a perfect blend of sweet, smoky, and savory in every bite.
For this recipe, we use chicken thighs because they’re more affordable than breasts and bring the best juicy, rich flavor. Roasted sweet potatoes add a natural sweetness that pairs beautifully with the smoky BBQ glaze, and we toss in broccoli for a dose of green goodness to round out the meal.
It’s an easy recipe to keep in your weekly dinner rotation and even easier to customize based on what you have on hand. You’ll find that it’s the perfect size for a smaller family so you don’t have leftovers for days.
