Ingredients

  • 6 slices thick cut bacon, cooked crispy
  • 2 flatbread or Naan bread
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 6-8 tomato slices
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped or shredded
  • 3 tablespoon mayo
  • 3 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prep ingredients like lettuce, tomato, and cheese, then set aside.
  • Meanwhile, cook bacon in the microwave or oven until crispy, then chop in pieces.
  • Make sauce while bacon is cooking. Combine 3 tbsp each mayo and sour cream, and 1 tsp red wine vinegar until creamy and smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Heat a grill to medium heat and toast flatbreads on both sides until desired doneness. Turn the heat off and divide the shredded Mozzarella cheese between the two grilled flatbreads. Close the lid to your grill and allow the cheese to melt.
  • Assemble the flatbreads by adding a layer of mayo sauce over the top of the melted cheese, about one tablespoon each. Divide the rest of the ingredients---bacon, sliced tomatoes, and chopped lettuce. Drizzle the top with more mayo sauce and cut the flatbreads in half or in quarters. Serve warm.
