I love coming up with easy and refreshing drinks the whole family can enjoy when the weather turns warmer. This Non-Alcoholic Ruby Red Refresher is one my family loves and it’s so simple to make.

Original grapefruit juice has a sharp, bitter flavor, which is why I like using pink ruby red. It’s more subtle and slightly sweeter, and has a pleasant tart taste. Plus, that bright pink color looks pretty in the glass which makes it more fun to drink in my opinion.

To keep this Ruby Red Refresher a little lighter I use grapefruit flavored sparkling water. This really drives home that grapefruit flavor without adding more calories and sugar. Tonic water, club soda, or any clear soda like sprite or 7-up also work great.

I love to garnish my Ruby Red Refresher with fresh cucumber slices and thinly sliced lime wedges. The cucumber adds a fresh cool scent every time you take a drink. So good!

If you love the flavor of grapefruit juice, or maybe you’re on the fence about it, this bright zippy Mocktail might be just what you’re looking for.

Let’s drink!🤍
