Helpful Tips When Slow Cooking Chicken Gnocchi Soup

  • For a lighter version, use whole milk or unsweetened almond milk (with thickener) if you're trying to keep this dairy free.
  • Make it gluten-free by using gluten-free gnocchi and thickener.
  • Don't overcook the gnocchi. Cook just until it's tender. It should be pillowy, not mushy.
