What You’ll Love About S’mores Nachos:
- Everyone’s favorite S’mores treat made in one pan
- Quick and easy to make
- Gooey and oh so chocolaty
- Easy clean up
How fun and irresistible does this pan of S’mores Nachos look?! Talk about an experience! What I love so much about serving s’mores in this way is everyone can enjoy this treat at the same time. And while there is something nostalgic about hovering a marshmallow over a hot smoky campfire, this way is just plain, cool! It’s different enough for a unique experience, yet still delivering all the s’more goodness we all know and love.
This pan of s’mores nachos makes perfect sense. Disposable pan for easy clean up, feeds a crowd, and the layered s’mores ingredients creates the most gooey, chewy, and chocolaty treat. I can’t promise your fingers won’t get sticky, but I can promise you’ll be licking every last morsel off of them.
Simple Ingredients:
- Mini marshmallows
- Hershey’s milk chocolate chips
- Honey graham crackers
- Hershey’s chocolate candy bar pieces

Other Toppings You Might Enjoy:
Traditional s’mores has really come a long way. Folks are using all kinds of chocolate candies and cookies to customize their s’mores experience. Here are a few toppings you can add to level up your s’mores game and make it even more fun.
- Other baking chips like caramel, peanut butter or butter scotch
- Chocolate candies like Reese’s peanut butter cups, Snickers, and Milky way
- Chocolate graham crackers, cookies, or other sweetened crackers

Easy to make S’mores Nachos:
Step 1. Layer graham cracker pieces, marshmallows, and chocolate in a disposable pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. You’ll want about two layers.

Step 2. Heat outdoor grill to high heat and place pan carefully in the center. Close the lid and allow to heat for 2-5 minutes. The marshmallows should be golden brown and chocolate softened. Enjoy right away!
Campfire method:
Assuming the firepit you’re using has a top grade, this will work best with a cast iron skillet. Layer all the ingredients, per the recipe instructions, and place directly on top of the grade. Make sure the fire has a low burn. Cook until chocolate is melted and marshmallows start to toast around the edges.
Oven Method:
Heat the oven to 400℉. Follow the steps in the recipe instructions, using either a cast iron pan, or a disposable. Bake for 5-8 minutes.
Recipe Tips:
- Make sure to spray the pan really well with non-stick cooking spray. This prevent the marshmallows from completely sticking to the bottom of the pan.
- Be careful not to overcook the s’mores nachos. The marshmallows and chocolate can burn quickly. Start checking at 2-minutes.
