- Whipped cream- Cool whip is our go-to for easy and convenient whipped cream.
- Strawberries- Fresh strawberries are necessary for taste and texture. If you can find them in-season, even better.
- Powder sugar- We only use a couple tablespoons to sweeten it up a bit.
- Vanilla extract- This adds a touch of warmth and balances the flavors.

Mix- Use a hand mixer to whip cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Fold- With a large spoon, fold in cool whip until you get a thick consistency, then fold in strawberries.

- 1 medium mixing bowl
- 1 hand mixer
- 1 9 inch pie dish
Ingredients
- 8 ounce block cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounce tub cool whip topping
- 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup fresh strawberries, diced, plus more to garnish dip

- honey graham crackers
- fresh fruit like strawberries, apples, and bananas

Instructions
- In a medium size bowl, use an electric hand mixer to whip together 8 ounces cream cheese, 2 tablespoon powdered sugar, and ½ tsp vanilla extract until smooth.
- Use a spoon to fold in an 8 ounce container of cool whip until mixture becomes thickened. Gently fold in ½ cup diced strawberries.
- Spread mixture evenly in a 9 inch pie dish or shallow bowl. Top with a few extra berries if desired, then cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 30-minutes. Serve with graham crackers, fruit, or other cracker/cookies you would enjoy.
