Simple Ingredients:

- Tortilla chips– I like to find a thicker tortilla chip so it stands up well with the toppings.
- Cheese– Italian cheese blend is used for the nachos and lots of parm for the salad.
- Chicken– Cook chicken with creole seasoning or use a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store.
- Green onions- Adds a pop of flavor.
- Romain lettuce- Classic for Caesar salad.
- Caesar dressing– Make sure it’s creamy.
- Lemon juice– Adds a burst of fresh flavor.

Recipe Tip:
Make sure to spray your pan really well with non-stick cooking spray so the nachos come off the pan easily.
How To Make Viral Chicken Caesar Salad Nachos:
Step One. Preheat oven to 350℉ and prepare a quarter sheet pan with foil or parchment paper. Spray the surface well with non-stick cooking spray.
Step Two. Layer the top of your prepared sheet pan with tortilla chips, then add a layer of Italian shredded cheese blend, the cooked chicken, green onions, and a little more cheese. Place in the oven and bake for 5-8 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step Three. While the nachos bake, add chopped lettuce to a medium size bowl and toss with Caesar dressing and parmesan cheese. Top the baked nachos with Caesar salad mix, more parmesan cheese, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Serve immediately.

Common Questions:
For this nacho recipe you’ll want to eat right away because of the Caesar salad. You can also serve the salad separately from the baked nachos and let everyone add their own mixed salad to the their serving.
I have tested this and the taste isn’t bad but the chips won’t crisp up the same as when fresh.
