Notes

Tips:
Seasonings- Get creative using seasonings you love. Some ideas include onion powder, dried thyme, chili powder, ground cumin, cayenne pepper, and Mrs. Dash seasonings.
Caramelization- To get those dark charred bits you may need to place under the broiler after the cooking time for 1-2 minutes. My oven type at 425℉ for exactly 40-minutes gives it the perfect amount of caramelization. Each oven is different so use your best judgment.
Other veggie options-
  • Cauliflower: 15-20 minute cooking time
  • Broccoli: 15-20 minute cooking time
  • Carrots: 40-minute cooking time
  • Sweet Potatoes: 40-minute cooking time

This could possibly serve up to 5 people depending on what kind of hungry eaters you have.
