Easy, creamy and cheesy. This Hot Bean Dip is always a crowd pleaser and will become a favorite go-to for just about any occasion.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 (16oz) can refried beans
  • 1 can Frito lay bean dip
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 5-6 drops tabasco
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese, divided
  • 1 large green onion, sliced optional

Instructions
 

Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a 1 Qt baking dish with non-stick cooking spray

  • Combine cream cheese and sour cream in a large bowl until smooth and creamy. Stir in beans, chili powder, tabasco, parsley, and 1/2 cup cheese. Stir until well incorporated.
  • Spread bean mixture evenly in prepared baking dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 15-minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  • Sprinkle with sliced green onions and serve warm with tortilla chips.

Notes

Tips:
Slow Cooker Method- Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker until well incorporated and set on low for 2-3 hours. Top with a little more cheese just before serving.
Extra Toppings- Jazz up the Hot Bean Dip by topping with any or all of these extra goodies after it’s baked.
