  • 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter I used Skippy natural
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup white wheat flour

  • non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  • Add flours and salt and stir until almost combined. Add M&M's candy and gently fold until mixture is smooth.
  • Spread evenly in prepared baking pan. Add a few more candy's to the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set and golden around the edges.
  • Let cool for 20 minutes before cutting into squares.
