Notes
Tips:Veggie Substitutes- You can leave out any of the veggies you don't like or add others like mushrooms, red or yellow bell peppers, or shreddedzucchini. Keep in mind that mushrooms and zucchini have a higher water content. Squeeze out the excess moisture from the zucchini and sauté mushrooms to release excess liquid. Oat Substitutes- Any kind of fine bread crumbs can be used in place of the oats. You can also use almond flour or finely ground pork rinds for a low-carb option.
