- 4-5 cups baby spinach or spring mix
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced thin
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles optional
Dressing
- 1/4 cup avocado or olive oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar rice vinegar or white wine vinegar work as well
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 tsp minced red onion
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Tips:
Assembling the salad- If you're taking this to a party or BBQ, leave off the dressing until just before serving. That way the spinach leaves don't wilt before your guests get to enjoy it.

If you don't like feta cheese- Use shaved parmesan or mozzarella pearls in place of feta cheese. Or leave off the cheese for a dairy free salad.
