Avocado Ranch Dressing

If you love ranch you will flip for this Avocado Ranch Dressing. Full of flavor, thick and creamy, and perfect with salads, wraps, veggies and so much more!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large ripe avocado, pitted
  • 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp ranch powdered mix
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 4 tbsp avocado or olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, about a handful
  • 1.4 cup white vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!

Notes

Tips:
For a thinner dressing- If the dressing is thicker than you prefer just add a little water to thin it out. 
Uses for dressing- Green salads, pasta salads, chicken wraps, spread for sandwiches, dip for veggies/chicken strips/French fries, drizzled over roasted veggies. So many options!
Spicy dressing- Add a 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper for spicy Avocado Ranch Dressing.
 
Makes about 1 1/2 cups of dressing. 8 servings - 1 serving is roughly 3 tablespoons.
