Caesar Salad Chicken Wrap

Caesar salad just got better all wrapped up in a soft tortilla with tender chicken pieces, lots of crisp lettuce, and buttery croutons. The perfect lunch option when you want something easy and delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken, cubed or shredded
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • handful of croutons, chopped into small pieces
  • few red onion slices
  • 2-3 tbsp prepared Caesar dressing
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 large spinach tortilla or tortilla of choice

Instructions
 

  • Add all the salad ingredients to a medium bowl and toss to combine. Add more dressing if needed.
  • Place the salad mixture down the center of large tortilla. Fold in both ends then wrap up tightly. Place seem side down and cut in half. Serve with extra dressing if desired.

Notes

Tips:
Additional ingredients- For more flavor and texture try adding chopped tomatoescrispy bacon piecesshredded cheddar cheese, roasted chickpeas, and fresh avocado.
Make ahead- Wraps can be made up to 8 hours in advance. Store premade wraps in  the refrigerator in a sealed container until ready to eat.
