What You’ll Love About Caesar Salad Chicken Wraps:

  • A delicious and easy throw-together chicken wrap.
  • Convenient ingredients like pre-cooked chicken and store-brand dressing.
  • Can easily be a gluten-free or low-carb recipe.

I don’t know about you but when it comes to lunch time I’m not usually adventurous with my meal. I often times grab a string cheese and some crackers. Maybe I’ll throw in a few slices of lunch meat and eat a couple apple slices. It’s pretty basic. Every now and then, though, I want something fun and yummy to jazz up my lunch experience, and Caesar Salad Chicken Wraps totally fit the bill!

Caesar salad is always a delicious way to enjoy some greens, but even better, adding chicken and wrapping all the goodies in a soft tortilla. This makes for a super filling lunch or even dinner, and the best part is, it’s fast and easy to make.

Simple Ingredients:

  • Lettuce
  • Cooked chicken
  • Croutons
  • Red onion (optional)
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Prepared Caesar dressing
  • Ground black pepper
  • Tortillas

A Great Recipe For Pre-Cooked Chicken:

I’m always looking for recipes I can make using leftover or pre-cooked chicken. This makes it convenient when you’re craving something yummy but you don’t have the time to prep everything. Caesar Salad Chicken Wraps are perfect for leftover chicken, slow cooker chicken, rotisserie chicken, or even store-brand crispy chicken nuggets.

Additional Ingredients You Can Use:

For more flavor and texture try adding chopped tomatoes, crispy bacon pieces, shredded cheddar cheese, roasted chickpeas, or fresh avocado.

Assembling Caesar Salad Chicken Wrap:

  • Add all the salad ingredients to a large bowl. Toss gently to combine. Add more dressing if needed. Place a good amount of salad mixture down the center of your tortilla. Fold both ends in then wrap up tightly.

A Convenient Meal For Any Occasion:

Caesar Salad Chicken Wraps are great for a quick lunch, a light dinner, or taking on a picnic or hike. Everyone will enjoy these wraps!

Can I Make Caesar Wraps Ahead Of Time?

Yes! If you’re going to be eating these within a few hours they hold up well and the lettuce will still be crunchy and fresh. However, I would not recommend making these the day before.

How To Store Caesar Wraps:

  • Once chicken wrap is prepared, wrap tightly in parchment paper and place in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 8 hours.
