Peanut Butter Protein Treats
Oats, peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips are the perfect base for these protein balls. They pack about 5 grams of protein per treat and keep you satisfied for hours.
- 21/4 cups quick oats can substitute for gluten free oats
- 1 cup Adam's creamy or crunchy peanut butter Use almond butter for peanut free option
- 3 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips mini ones work great
Additional add-in's- Replace the 1/4 cup of quick oats with-
1/4 cup flaxseed
1/4 cup favorite nuts
1/4 wheat germ
1/4 cup dried fruit
